Baby Colic

Baby colic can be distressing for any parent and it is a condition that responds extremely well to the Bowen Technique.

A Bowen treatment for a baby with colic would not last more than ten minutes and is be non-invasive and gentle.

Ffion - a 10 week old baby who was having difficulty settling for more than 15 minutes at a time. After an initial treatment of Bowen Ffion was sleeping better with no signs of colic. A few weeks later the symptoms started to return and she had another treatment, again the colic subsided. Several weeks later she had a further treatment and since then there has been no sign of colic at all.

Oliver - a 12 week old baby who would cry every time mum tried to put him down, suffering from colic and extreme wind and needed to be winded constantly.
